I can't even guess at what's happening in that picture.
Honestly, me either! I searched for "eyebrow wax" and this is what I saw!
that's eyebrow threading. i think it's an indian thing. it's really big here. i haven't found a single place in the city that still waxes. it's supposed to be less painful and irritating to the skin but i think it's worse. at least waxing is quick. threading is like constant little pricks. ouch.
